Hello and welcome to the first edition of the Conclave Travelogue, your essential source for updates and insights as we approach the 2025 Section G9 Conclave: Brotherhood Around the World. Like a real travelogue, we will walk you through each stage of this adventure, share all the exciting details, and bring you the latest news each week as we prepare for this amazing event.
What is Conclave?
Conclave is an event for Arrowmen to come together in brotherhood from around the Section and participate in a weekend of fun and fellowship.
This year, Conclave will be from April 11-13 at Ed Bryant Scout Reservation in Mauston, WI. Early Bird registration is open until March 31, with registration closing on April 6. Registration Update
Every week until Conclave registration closes, we will post a registration update. The first lodge to achieve their registration goal will receive front-row seating at the Conclave shows! Current registration numbers are as follows:
