Hello and welcome to the fourth chapter of the Conclave Travelogue! Today, we would like to officially announce our Conclave Special Guest, Gateway Region Chief, Haley Flores. And, of course, we will provide an update on the lodge registration contest.
Special Guest Haley Flores
Our Conclave planning team is so excited to share that Gateway Region Chief Haley will be attending our conclave as a special guest. As one of the national Order of the Arrow officers, she is excited to share her insight throughout the weekend.
Join her morning training session to learn more about what it means to be a leader! During this insightful session, Haley will share her experiences and provide practical tips on what it truly means to lead with integrity, vision, and influence.
But that’s not all! Haley will also be part of the evening shows as a judge for the CVC Grilled Cheese Cooking competition. As a connoisseur of cheeses from around the world, she will be sure to add some fun and humor to the Conclave shows!
Additionally, make sure to bring in donations for the Conclave food drive! The Arrowman that brings in the most donations will be able to pie Haley in the face! While any non-perishable goods or hygiene products are appreciated, the food pantry in particular is looking for pork and beans / baked beans, granola bars, crackers, soup, and canned tuna / chicken as well as health and beauty products like soap, deodorant, toothbrush, and toilet paper. Will you be the one to pie Haley in the face…?

Now, for this week’s registration update! We currently have 74 awesome Arrowmen registered for Conclave. As a reminder, the lodge to achieve their registration goal will receive front-row seating at the Conclave shows! Current registration numbers are as follows:
