Various materials have been created, ranging from OA Lodgemaster emails to social media posts for Instagram and Facebook. - Phone Tree – A step by step guide to inviting an Arrowmen to conclave over the phone. It is recommended that you make a copy of the script, fill in the blanks, and fully read through the script before beginning to reach out to Arrowmen.
- Meeting Talking Points – Basic facts to cover about conclave when promoting at a lodge, chapter, or unit meeting
